    I already send an email but i didn't receive any information or conformation about my inquiry, And from other post i saw there's no respond from Logitech Support.

    @Beau Brace  Thanks for reply, It's been 4 days and I didn't get anything and for live chat i tried many time but always unavailable, i called Logitech service center they just told me send email, How can I cancel my order in this way. Best regards

    I already get my X3 from bestbuy for good deal I really like this product but the problem now with this order.

    @Beau Brace  I really don't know how's Logitech support work they didn't answer email or phone call they just wasted my time, I need to know what is the return policy and how can I request for one please don't give me email or inquiry to submit in the end they won't reply, I really think you are they only person who work here and replied.

    @Mohammed Bajilan If the package was already shipped, you can refuse the package and that will return to our warehouse and the funds will be placed back into your account once received. Or we can set up a return for you.
