    I placed an order weeks ago and have received no correspondence since placing the order. Could not get the “chat” to work nor anyone to respond. I called twice and was finally told that I would receive an email immediately from the sales dept..still waiting on that email...sooo FRUSTRATED with this company!! WHERE IS MY ORDER?!? It would be nice just to receive an update that it’s even backordered....
