    We saw a huge demand for the X3s, they sold out on the first day after launch. Your order is currently on backorder, so when the X3 is back in stock your new buds will be sent via express shipping. If you do not want express shipping we are happy to refund your shipping cost.     Makes no sense that Bestbuy & Amazon would receive their units ahead of customers who ordered directly off of your site. 

    I went ahead and made a pick-up purchase at BestBuy, and I'll have my hands on the X3 by the end of day.

    These are the reasons for the cancellation of my order,

    I apologize for your frustration, we do not have access to the backside of the system. For any product purchased directly refunds and cancelations have to be processed by our back office team. That is why you have to contact the support page. I did create a case for you to keep you in the loop about this, please check your email. I have escalated this request to the proper team that will be trying to get this processed today.

    I place my order on November 3rd. My order number is 10193119106.  I then chatted with a rep on the 4th to have it cancelled. That rep said that my order cancellation is being processed & I would revive a conformation email 1-2 business day later. That never happened so I ended up chatted again today, because I've emailed twice & never revived a replay. The rep today told me that my order (that I no longer want) is in the cancellation process. I'm like seriously also a whole week later? All I want is for my order to be cancelled & not to be lied too. Can anyone at jaybird actually help me????

    Finally, I managed to get a response from jaybird. They told me that they couldn't cancel the shipment in time, (which I'll tell you is horseshit, it doesn't take a whole week to cancel an order that needs only the order# to do so) and that i would have to cancel it myself. Mind you that jaybird told me that 1 day before I received my package. Now i have to go and return the shipment myself. Thanks for wasting my time and money, jaybird. I will not be returning to your company in the future, as I have been for the past two years. With other wireless earphone options starting to enter the market, I suggest everyone stay away from this company. They've also told me that my X2s were ineligible for the sweatproof warranty because there is an ever so small crack on the charging port lid.

    I tried to cancel my order as well.  They ended up shipping my order after multiple cancellation requests.  I would like to send these back for a refund since I already purchased a pair from Best Buy.  Can anyone at Jaybird actually contact me since I have had zero luck in contacting them?!?!  My order number was 10186427406.

    I sent a request on the support page last Thursday and beside an automatic email, I received nothing by now. I've already bought one at Best buy and I want to get refund. My order number is 10207474106 and the support case number is 04376623.

    This seems terrible, I recently just purchased a set of X3s as well two days ago yet I have not received any confirmation email or an order number from Jaybirds. £110 worth of money has left my bank account though?? Every single online purchase I've done have responded with a confirmation email immediately upon the time of purchase. Jaybirds have not done so. I'm thinking of having to go my bank and call for a fraudulent purchase if they do not reply anytime soon. This is ridiculous, such a waste of my time.
