    Hello Niccilol,

I am sorry to hear that your Jaybird X2 won't turn on without being connected to a charger. I can assure that this is not the behavior and performance expected from the product. Please try these suggestions that can help to resolve the issue of your headset:

    - Computers are the best and safest method, as is anything 1 AMP or less.

    - Try a different power source/charger

    - Car chargers produce a much greater power supply and should be avoided.

    - Over-charging the battery will quickly reduce the life of the headphones, so in addition to monitoring the power supply, limit the charge time to 2 hours,

    - To get the most out of your battery it is recommended to charge the buds when the low battery status is indicated.

    - Avoid charging your headphones after exposure to sweat.

    - Make sure charging port/cradle is clear of any debris.

    Hi!

I tried a lot of different chargers, and never in the car.

I don't think you completely understand. The issue isn't battery time or issues with charging.

The issue is the headphones being completely unresponsive when turned off (or when they turn themselves off).

So if i have them fully charged and turned off and hit the startup button nothing happens. If i plug them in just for a second, remove the plug and hit the startup button it will start (and there are no problems with batterytime once it's on).

The problem is that if i pause  the music for a few minutes the headphones go on standby and turn themselves off, and will be unresponsive until i plug it in for a brief moment.

So the battery time isn't the problem, and the problem isn't the headphones not being charged. They just turn completely unresponsive until plugged in again (despite having a lot of battery).

    Ideas?

I'm having this same issue. Earbuds dont restart unless I connect. They also randomly stop playing while at the gym. I've also begun having issues with bluetooth connection dropping often. Very disappointed. Haven't owned them for long.
