My Blue Bud is turning on and off continuously. I checked support and it is the ageing battery. The solution is for you to send a new one. Can you please?

    Hi Sam W,

     

    I am sorry to hear that your Bluebuds X is turning on and off. This is not the quality we're expecting from our product.

     

    Here is a list of steps for the Factory Reset:

     

    1.Make sure your buds are powered off.

    2.From an off state, press and hold the power button for 8 seconds until the LEDs flash red and green.

    3.Double press the power button. The LED will flash rapidly and you should hear a double tone. Your buds have now been reset.

    Bruce - This solution is in the internet and we tried it. No, it does not work. Sorry! We have another JaBird, newer version which does not turn on. When plugged into wall power, it turns from red to green within a second. Shows green thereafter but refuses to turn on. Regards…. Sam Waran Innovate and Automate for Productivity & Efficiency.
