My X2 does not keep charge. It charges to full battery, connects and performs while plugged in charger but immediately I remove it then it goes off. What might be the problem and how can it be fixed? I'm currently in Kenya

    Hello Saich37,

I am sorry to hear that your Jaybird X2 do not hold a charge. This is not the quality we're expecting from our product.

You're correct, based on how you described your concern. The battery is not holding a charge.

I recommend isolating the issue between the buds and the charger. Here's how:

    - Try a different power source/charger

    - Computers are the best and safest method, as is anything 1 AMP or less.

    - Car chargers produce a much greater power supply and should be avoided.

    - Over-charging the battery will quickly reduce the life of the headphones, so in addition to monitoring the power supply, limit the charge time to 2 hours,

    - To get the most out of your battery it is recommended to charge the buds when the low battery status is indicated.

    - Avoid charging your headphones after exposure to sweat.

    - Make sure charging port/cradle is clear of any debris.
