Lifetime warranty class action suit
I've been denied a replacement even though I bought my earphones with a guarantee of a lifetime warranty that will replace them. After some research, I've discovered that your company has not stood behind your promise to hundreds of disgruntled customers.
I am requesting a phone conversation with your CEO and legal counsel before I file a class action suit claiming deceptive practices among many other counts. Based on what I know about your company's financial situation, if this class action is successful, it very well may bankrupt the company.
Therefore, I highly recommend that your legal representative responds to me via email as quickly as possible in order to find an amicable resolution.
