    @Alicia S Is the headset fully charged? Just to clarify, the headset will only turn on when plugged into the charging cable?

    After flawless performance for several years, I am having the exact same problem.  Headphones are fully charged (red blinks several times when first plugged in, then turns off).  Will not turn on unless plugged in.  When connected while plugged in, unplugging drops the connection and cannot turn back on.

    @Petrina Krelle? ((Update from trying to sort this problem)). I was offered a small discount to buy a brand new set of earphones as they were rendered useless by tech support. Would advise from wasting time and energy on trying to fix this issue and buy some new headphones elsewhere

    Hello, I have exactly the same problem. Battery is full, but the headphones work only when they are connected to the charging clip. As soon as they are removed, the active bluetooth connection is dropped and the Jaybirds act like dead. My pair is less than 10 months old. Any ideas how to fix this problem?

    Thank you @EOIN GUINANE? ....sounds like the way to go. Unfortunately not the first problem I've had with Jaybirds (a year ago they were replaced under warranty because of a defective cable). Now this. I'll be buying my headphones elsewhere from now on. Disappointed.
