    I was just with customer service and I just missed the warranty period by literally 1 week because I've been on vacation for the holidays. I hope Jaybird will do the right thing as I've had the issue for 2 weeks before the warranty was out but could not contact customer service because of the holidays. Also I was hoping it was going to eventually work.
