My x3s have been dying within an hour of use after charging it fully. Moreover, now I am unable to turn them on even though the lights are green when charged. This is truly disappointing as they are not even a year old!

    I am sorry to hear that your Jaybird X3 do not hold a charge. This is not the behavior and performance expected from the product
