    Thank you for purchasing the Jaybird Freedom 3 and for being a Jaybird Fan. I am sorry to hear that the one side of your Jaybird headset stopped working. I can assure that this is not the behavior and performance expected from the product.


    Here are some tips we strongly recommend that can help with your concern


    - Perform a factory reset


    1. Turn OFF the headset and plug it to a power source.

    2. Hold the power and volume up buttons at the same time for 8 seconds.

    3. Once the headset turns ON, unplug it from the power and source, turn it OFF by holding down the power button for 8 seconds then charge it normally for 2.5 hours.

    7. Clean Speakers for debris
