    ?I purchased my JBX3's on March 14th 2017.  One of buds are not working. I use my headphones daily.  4-6 hours a day, they are in my ear with a short recharge.  I know the X4's may be soon released and I do not want to by another pair now.   Can they be repaired?   I have two pair of the Freedoms.  The battery life does not fit my workday. The feel and quality is not on par with my X3's.  Can you help....

    ?I am just outside of the 1yr warranty mark.   Can the JBX3's Earbuds be repaired?  If the cost is anywhere near the cost of purchasing a new pair, I will wait on the X4's.   I have to use my standby Freedom buds....
