I bought the Jaybird Freedoms. These require a small charging clip to charge them. I lost my clip and the headphones are useless without it. I have been trying for more than two months now to order a replacement charging clip from Jaybird. It cannot be ordered online in the UK. I have phoned and e-mailed Jaybird Support hoping to purchase a clip. Jaybird's response is: "I would like to appologies for the inconvinience that you are having with our product. I am sending this email to confirm that the spare part you are requesting is no longer available. Unfortunately, this means that we are no able to assist with your request." I can't express my disappointment enough, as I am left with a £160 set of useless headphones. Remember this is a new product that they can't supply spare parts, unless you are in America.
