    Hi ENRIQUEBALDWIN8675,

Thank you for joining the community and for posting your query. I can definitely help you with this one.

If you’re getting complaints from the party on the other side of a call with your Jaybird headphones, try the following suggestions:

-Use the included shirt clip to keep the mic or inline remote from swaying or rubbing on your clothing

-If you’re doing something active and receive a call, try taking a break and be stationary

-Move away from large crowds or busy areas

-Try to get out of windy areas

Feel free to reach back to us by replying to this post or contacting our other support channels at https://www.jaybirdsport.com/en-us/support.html

    Warm Regards,

    Jaybird_Bruce

I did try them sitting down and with the mic part hanging of my ear with nothing rubbing on it.... My wife on the other side was sitting in a quiet room and she couldn't hear nothing.... Is like it was dead... What next.... Do you have any type of warranty? Because this is the second set that goes "muted"...

I have exactly the same problem. Sadly the support response has been cut and pasted from another query and is totally irrelevant to this. Looks like it is a problem with the device if you've had this twice, i've got it and other people seem to be experiencing it. A disappointing response from Jaybird.
