Hi my jaybird Freedoms seem to be broken. I’ve had them for a year and love the long-lasting quality. Unfortunately they started to stop pairing with my phone as well as cutting out the songs when they were paired 😖! I’ve tried everything y’alls helpful support team has recommended but they still have his problem! :/ I have tested my phones Bluetooth but it seems to be doing fine. Is there anyway I have a warranty for a new pair? I’ve read that they have a two year warranty and I’ve only had them for a year, is this a possibility? If not is there any way I could send them in for repair? Does that cost?
