    Hi James Stocker,

Thank you for posting here in support community. It looks like the sound profile that you are using is "hands free" not on the "Stereo" or "Music" profile. Please be advised that the Multipoint is not designed to make stereo audio work on two devices in parallel. Multipoint was designed to be connected to a music stereo source in parallel to a phone/ hands free source. To be able to enjoy the same sound quality on the laptop the sound settings of Windows have to be set to Jaybird Freedom Stereo as the Default device.

    -Please see attached file.

Feel free to post back in the event that you need further assistance.

Thanks, but as I stated in my initial post, I am not using Windows, I'm using Fedora Linux.

I don't want to listen to music on both devices in at the same time, I would be quite happy for the connection to my phone to only handle hands free calls, but when I play audio on my laptop, I want it to work without stuttering.

Am I likely to get an answer that is relevant to the question i asked? It would be nice to know that you actually want to make some effort to answer your customers questions, not just the easy ones
