My Jaybirds are not turning on. I purchased these only a 3 months ago, and they worked well until 2 days ago when they stopped turning on.

    I have worked through the trouble shooting steps outlined in the support section of the website to no effect. I even tried calling jaybird customer support, but the representative was not helpful and just sent me an email with a list of steps to follow which were not relevant to the issue I was having. I am not sure how to proceed, and am honestly frustrated with the lack of support and the poor quality of these headphones especially considering their price and the fact that they claim to have a 1 year warranty (no clear guidelines on how to use it).

    I have the same problem. Hopefully the Jaybird customer service staff can help us out. I bought mine in December 2016.
