Hi Jaybird community,
I recently contacted JB Support as my new Freedoms would not remember any of my devices or pair to my Apple Watch S2.
After providing my details multiple times (I felt like I was communicating with a bot) , I was told,
"We cannot handle a warranty claim as you do not reside in the country where the Freedoms were purchased"
I bought them in Japan from a listed seller and I live in Japan. This was made clear from Email #1, and even after explaining again I haven't heard back from them in nearly 2 weeks.
The Freedoms are perfect for my Job and I would just like them to work as advertised.
Should I just put up with the inconvenience of constantly pairing or do you think they will sort out my problem if I give them a call?

(PS. I'm struggling to return them to the store I bought them from because I'm on a work tour around Japan and I'm being told they have to go back to the exact store I bought them at)
