@Ivan Calderon To answer your question, yes the freedom can be used in the xFit.

After the xFit has been set up, the controller will be on your Left side. (Although you can still use the headset on the right)

The fins will stay in the respective side, if you look closely on the fins you can see the "L" and "R" to read which ear the fin should be placed.

The Headset should look in as in the picture above, with the cable running towards the back of the neck.

Thanks for the answer, ive tried almost any possible combination but nothing seems to work properly. The best fit I've gotten over ear is without the fins but they keep coming off a lot. About the image I meant a frontal shot of a person while wearing over ear + fins cause when I try to use it like this the fins push the cable end out (the buds end up in a diagonal position instead of vertical when looked at from the front.. does this makes sense?)

@Ivan Calderon Yes it does make sense, have you tried giving the cord a little more slack so that the cord can run up the front of the ear?

Thanks for replying again, I tried again several times and same. I really dont think the freedom are intended to be used llike this. The fins work great if you use them under ear, but if you try over ear the tip of the bud is just not long enough (theres almost no space between the buds and the fins, in the x2 the fins are in a different level and theres more space which allows the buds to stay in). Or maybe is just that my ears arent shaped for it :P

Would it be possible to get the original x2s as a replacement? or the x3 if possible?

@Ivan Calderon I understand, and the freedom do work in the xfit. I apologize that we cannot get the right fit just yet. But may try spacing the fins a little closer to see if that helps.

I have tried changing pretty much everything at this point. Ive tried every combination you could think off with the fins in any possible position/direction/angle (very frustrating and time consuming) and nothing works (at least for me).

Im a fan of the xfit so If I cant comfortably wear it with these, theres really not a good reason for me to keep them.

@Ivan Calderon Is there a way you can send a screen shot of the size that fits best, in ear so I can evaluate further?

@Beau Brace  screenshot? of what? size of what? I dont think we are on the same page...

im talking about the headphones not fitting my ears, how do I take a screenshot of that.

Is there a way of chatting in real time with anyone? this process is slow and a little bit frustrating. I also tried creating a support ticket but they answered until the next day with a completely unrelated thing.

@Ivan Calderon I just wanted to see how the headset was sitting in the ear. Maybe there are some things missing that I could elaborate more on.

@Beau Brace  ok, got confused cause you said screenshot.

Thats exactly what I asked since the beginning, a picture of a person wearing them like this so I can compare it.... cant send one right now

@Beau Brace I dont think you are going to send the picture, so ill send mine..

This is the best fit I can get (in order to seal the buds and get the best audio quality) but is very uncomfortable and doesnt last long in place (especially with sweat).

Again, already tried all kinds of combinations and even though using them under ear is more comfortable for me with these, thats not what im looking for (loved the over ear fit I was getting with my original x2)

@Beau Brace aight, this process is definitely not working.

I gave very specific and detailed feedback about your product and the problem im having with it but I havent gotten any valuable responses.

So lets forget everything I mentioned and lets focus on this question:

Can I exchange the freedom for the original x2?

These dont work for me (on top of other annoying things about them). It was a mistake to accept them as a replacement for my x2.

    Please answer.

@Ivan Calderon Sorry for the late response, it looks as if you need to rotate the headset more towards the front of your face, while keeping the fins where they are at. Also is the cord up against the back of the head or the neck?

@Ivan Calderon I would also suggest our chat feature, that is also pretty quick.

I have the same issue with the freedoms.

the issue is that the earfins aren't made for the x-fit style.

When using the freedoms over the ear the don't align with your ears so the will fall off quickly, sound tiny etc.

There should be a other earfins which has a other shape....

Did you try to reproduce this at your Support Desk?

    Can you try?
