This happened to me as well, is there anything I can do to fix it or should I send it back for a replacement?

    Hi @Eric Schmidt,

Thanks for reaching out! If you've tried charging using different power sources and are still having no luck I would say go ahead and get them replaced. If you can do so through the reseller I will recommend it as the exchange may be a bit faster that way. If you need us to help you with an exchange please let me know!

Hi Support. I've exact same problem. It works only connected with the charging clip. Once connected, it has message to remind me to charge the unit. I bought it from Singapore duty free at Changi airport.

I have the same issue... most of the time they won't turn on without the charging clip and I barely received them on 3/23/17 as a warranty replacement

I have the same issue !! Bought from Dixons Heathrow just over a year ago. Are they covered by your European ( 1999/44/EC2) two year warranty ??

Also having this issue. Purchased in January 2017. Expected $150 headphones to last more than 6 months.

Hello, I have exactly the same problem. Battery is full, but the headphones work only when they are connected to the charging clip. As soon as they are removed, the active bluetooth connection is dropped and the Jaybirds act like dead. My pair is less than 10 months old. Any ideas how to fix this problem?
