    @Robert McIntyre When charging does the clip show any LED lights? If so maybe we can switch out the clip and get your headset working again.

    Yes the led on the clip is red then turns green after plugged in for a while.

    Try this and let me know if that helps.,

     

    Firmly but quickly press the power button 8 times and then hold for 5 seconds. Repeat 2 times.

     

    When finished, plug the headset into the charger. Most of the time if the headset turns RED it will charge and function normally again, Make sure that if the light is red to fully charge the unit again.

     

    Try holding the power button down for 10 seconds also some times it takes longer to turn them on.

    I have tried this and again when I plug it in to charge the led on the headset does not come on. The one on the clip does.

    Same issue. Headphones not charging. Clip led goes red, orange, green. But no luck charging headphones. When I try to do the 8/5 button process on headphones led very slightly blinks red then nothing. Otherwise no light on headphones. And now that they are out of juice, won't turn on. Maybe clip contact issue?
