    Ari P I think you're very wrong, Jaybird customer support helped me very good, a couple of emails back and forth and we came to a solution! maybe you need some patients. I'm listening to my freedom buds again right now!

    I'm having the same problem with my 2 months f5, they shutted down with battery level at 80% and never turn on again. I tried to charge them but any light turned on.Freedom

    @Romil Español? I am having a similar problem as all the people above. My jaybird freedom earbuds won't turn on unless the power cradle is attached to them. The earbuds themselves do not seem to hold a charge only the cradle does. Can you send me an email on how to fix them or get a replacement? I love these earbuds and this company. I use these earbuds for working out but because they no longer turn on I can not get a good workout in. Please, answer ASAP. Thank you for reading this. Sincerely, Francisco.

    My freedom unit is no longer working either. The power button does work properly, it has become very sensitive. The slightest touch to the middle button sends the unit into pairing mode or powers it off and on. Can you help.

    I have had two sets fail, the 1st was 6 months old and the new set failed within 1 week of replacement. Will not charge after they turned off whilst running after 10 mins no lights NOTHING ??? any ideas ?

    I have had the exact same issue. Bought in Nov 2017 from the NEX in Honolulu and the red light to charge goes on and after a few minutes the green light on the charger goes on, I take the buds off the charger and hold the button in and nothing happens.

    I had 3 pairs of X3's that did the same thing. Now Jaybird sent me the Freedom 2 and it just failed after about 1 week of use. It appears to charge correctly, but won't power on.

    This is my first pair of freedoms and I only use them at home since I own various headphones. Everything was perfect untill yesterday and now it charges but won't turn on no matter what I do. Please help, they are great headphones. @Madison Farnsworth? @Engelbert Bautista? @Alex Boyle?

    Having the same issue. I have had 3 different Jaybird headphones (1 X1 or whatever they were called, and 2 Freedoms). ALL OF THEM have experienced this problem. Weirdly, the very first pair started working again and so I use as backup. However, first Freedom must have been less than 8 month old. Had to cut in half, send to Jaybird, and got a replacement. Second pair just started doing same thing. Charges but simply does not turn on. I need my headphones to be reliable and so seriously thinking about moving on from Jaybird.
