My jaybird headphones won’t connect to my iPhone 8+ even though I have resetted both my phone and the headphones, is it just not compatible?

    I am sorry to hear that your Bluebuds X won't pair with your IPhone 8+. This is not the quality we're expecting from our product.


    You should be able to do this but it might take some time since the earphones are on a lower bluetooth version. You can try a Factory Reset:


    You can further isolate the issue by testing using a different device or a device with a different OS.
