All of a sudden I cannot charge them. I have tried multiple chargers...and multiple plugs. There are no lights...nothing. They were working fine What can I do? I have tried the 8 button/5 seconds reset to no avail.
I received the X3 wireless earphones as a gift in December 2017. Been using them daily since. About a month ago the battery charge life declined to about an hour after removing them from the the charging unit. I have continued to use them daily but I need to return them to the charging unit after each use of about an hour. Please help me resolve this issue
