My Bluebuds X are connected to my phone - the voice comes on to tell me that it is connected so the buds aren't blown. However, no sound will come out of them from my phone. Has anyone else had this issue & how do I fix it?

    I am sorry to hear that your Bluebuds X won't connect to your phone. I can assure that this is not the behavior and performance expected from the product. Please try these suggestions that can help to resolve the issue of your headset:


    Here is a list of steps for the Factory Reset:


    1.Make sure your buds are powered off.

    2.From an off state, press and hold the power button for 8 seconds until the LEDs flash red and green. 

    3.Hold both volume buttons down for 8 seconds. The LED will flash rapidly and you should hear a double tone. Your buds have now been reset. 


    You can further isolate the issue by testing using a different device or a device with a different OS.
