    Hi Axel, I have the same issue. The 'plus' button isn't clicking and the power button sometimes would turn on the device and at other times wouldn't. Further to that, sometimes when i'm running and the device is on it would mysteriously power off. Very frustrating in the middle of an intense run.

    @jayrunner, I have also encountered your concerns all prior to the total shut down of my controls. Expect your concerns further degrade.

    Taking aside the glitch, to me, Jaybird is really a runner’s and gym go-er’s delight. It’s just so compact and proficient. Here’s me hoping their support matches the appreciation I have to their unit.
