My left bud on x3 just stopped working after less than a year. I have tried reseting the device and also updated the firmware. I have tried on several OS:es to connect but the problem persists. I expected the product to last longer actually.
AnsweredI bought my Jaybird Run from JBhifi about a week ago. I haven’t used it outside, since I was only testing the sound quality and try to fix the random disconnection.
after testing for a week with distance of maximum of ear to my hand. I think I had enough. The left bud disconnection is really getting annoying, and trying to turning it off and re-connecting whole this seems not working as well.

Write them. Same thing happened to me and they responded immediately -- actualy received an email from a human individual. He checked my warranty via my serial number (didn't even need my receipt), and mailed me a brand new set of X4s. No hoops to jump through. No hesitation. The whole process from start to finish took less than ten days. Best customer service experience I've ever had.
