My jaybird run left earbud is not getting charged and the case is not showing me any light on the lft side of case
AnsweredMy x3’s are just over 1 year old and the left metal grill has fallen off the earbud speaker. I assume the adhesive that was used has failed. Can anyone recommend some kind of adhesive that would work without messing up sound quality.

I am sorry to know that your Jaybird Run's left ear bud is not charging. This is not the quality we're expecting from our product.
Kindly try using a different power source/charger and/or a different USB cable. A pulsing green LED on each side means it is charging, solid green light when fully charged. It is recommended to use 5V/500mA-1A charger for 3 hours only.
It would also help to ensure that the lid of the charging case is securely closed and the charger ports and prongs align accordingly and are free from debris. Kindly advise if this solution is helpful.
