Dear to who this may concern, My JayBirds X3 have not been able to turn on for about 2 weeks despite trying to charge it many times. There’s no light on when I try charging it. This has happened many times previously before but this time after even 2 weeks there’s no progress. Don’t send me an email asking me to click the middle button 8 times or twice and hold it 10 secs after because I’ve tried it all but to no avail. I’d like to know if I can exchange it or still have warranty for it. This is my invoice and details. Regards Maheswaran
