I received a confusing email stating that the preorder release date for me had changed to 10/10/17 at 4. Its now 10/12/17 and I havent heard anything as to it being shipped and I've been charged. Where's the product?

    I am having the same problem, took my money on 10/10. I sent an email which has not been returned. I did the online chat and was told my order was ready for pickup by UPS and I would get a tracking number, which I have not gotten. Very poor service.

    This is the second time- with the X3's I was able to buy them in Best Buy weeks before my pre-order from Logitech. Should have learned my lesson the first time.

    It’s all a lie guys after three weeks I finally got hold of someone and of course they say their only warrantee there’s nothing they can do but the bottom line was after 45 days and then taking my money the minute I ordered 45 days ago they still don’t have the headphones they tried to tell me my pre-ordered is on back order yeah OK that’s why I let you take my money so I’ve reported fraud to PayPal and I’m going to see if we can’t get them in some trouble PayPal will give me my money back but I want these people charged with credit card fraud waiting on my next reply from PayPal now sorry I don’t have better news but it sounds like Jaybird turn into nothing but a bunch of thieves.Also don’t trust the responses you’re getting on here I believe they are bot responses not actual people because they just keep sending the same exact response and they don’t ever check into it for you so the best I can suggest is turn them in for fraud do you have the receipt says they won’t charge you until your order shipped but I’m sure all of you were charged the minute you ordered them that is called credit card fraud report them.Also if you really want a pair of those run headphones they are for sale on eBay and they’re available immediately might’ve already shipped they’ll be here day after tomorrow and they’re only $164 with free shipping not from logitech not from Jaybird not from Digital River this is a different seller and of course you get to eBay PayPal guarantee with it so if there’s a problem eBay or refund your money immediately you don’t have to try and deal with these liars on the website with Jaybird

    Especially when they won’t answer any questions posed to them. I never had customer service like this when it was actually owned and operated by Jaybird. But it seems that they’ve offshored their customer service to Logitech. It’s funny when the links they give send you to a page that doesn’t exist

    Same problem here...still. My order says boxed shipment and the email I received, which was on 10/10 said the item would be available as of that day. Nothing since then.

    Since this I tried the chat with Logitech. Worst customer service ever. Jaybird should do something about that immediately. Second, knowing credit card law, I used the chat log of no response of an hour and then all of a sudden it closing on me as backup support to give to my credit card to block the transaction and work on resolving the issue. I’ve also used that chat and filed with the BBB. I’d highly suggest you all do that too. Only way to fix something is when they are contacted directly from a bank and the BBB
