X3 fail to connect for any media audio

    Please advise if you experience this on a different device or a device with a different OS. Since you reset the buds, you can also try resetting your phone prior to reconnecting/re-pairing.

    Hi, I'm using a diff device on a diff OS (Android 9).

    I didnt reset the phone, though I tried to reinstall the jaybird app, somehow my buds are working ?now, thank you.
