    Hello Venkatesh8683,

I am sorry to hear about what happened to your Jaybird X3's cable. Let me help improve your experience.

I sent you an email and I will provide you details on how we will proceed.

You can avoid this from happening in the future by observing how you detach the charging cradle from the X3's. Please refrain from tugging or yanking the wire to remove the X3 from the cradle when you're done charging.

Feel free to reach back to us via your support ticket or contacting our other support channels at https://www.jaybirdsport.com/en-us/support.html

    Warm Regards,

    Jaybird_Bruce

    Hi, Venkatesh

Did you manage to fix your problem? I have run into a similar problem and trying to figure out a way. I would really appreciate it if you told me about your result.

    Thanks

    Nikesh

    Hi, Nikesh

Yeah I did get my problem fixed! They contacted? me and asked me to send some identity proof and purchase receipt and then they replaced it for me! Took about two weeks time but everything is good now! Loved the service! Hope this helps!

    Yours truly

    Venkatesh?

    Thats good to hear.

Was it still within your warranty period or smth like that? I have been using mine for about a year and a half and just realized the cable is starting to break. Unfortunately I cannot seem to find my receipt to it.... I'm really worried that I might have to give up on them. I am suffering without them for the last couple of weeks.
