    UPDATE: I called customer service/tech support for a second time and explained my situation asking if there was anything they could do on their end. Heather helped me and brought my case to the attention of those processing my order and things have been resolved. Yes it took a long time and it would have been nice to have my headphones earlier but I'm happy with the patience and understanding in which Heather had with me and her ability to empathize and help get the problem resolved.
