@Paul Kindelberger Try this hard reset on the headset and see if that helps.

During the pairing mode ( red / green ) it is possible to reset your headphones. First follow the steps to enter pairing mode. By powering up the headset, holding past the ( green ) led light till you receive the multi color flashing.  Then instantly switch and hold the up & down key simultaneously until the dual color status indicator LED rapidly flashes 5 times and or a double high tone is heard threw the headset.

You'll want to delete & repair the headset to your music player once finished with that.

I'm not sure I understand this. Thanks.

@Paul Kindelberger No worries, so that just means that you will need to "Forget The Device" from you BT list and pair as if they were new again.

Resetting & re-pairing them as advised seems to have corrected the issue, at least for now (I haven't given them a long work-out yet). I'll know to try this if it ever happens again, but I hope it is not a recurring problem.

The reset procedure would be helpful if included in the User's Manual, but since these are discontinued at this point, I understand if that may not a top priority for Jaybird.

Thank you so much Beau for the help!

@Paul Kindelberger No problem at all. Please just let me know if you have any further issues.
