I purchased a pair of JayBird BBX1MB BlueBuds X Sport earphones in May, 2015. I don't use them very often . . . maybe 20 times, if that. Tried to use them yesterday and they were constantly cutting out, especially at the beginning of an .mp3 file through my iPhone. I confirmed it was these phones after trying a wired pair and they worked fine. They were freshly (and completely) charged, the phone was within 1 foot of the phones (in my shirt pocket), plus they worked flawlessly the last time I used them 4 days ago.
Are there any tricks, tips or recourse other than buying new ones as the 1 year warranty has passed? I'll be very disappointed if they're DOA after only a year and a half, especially since they only have a normal month's worth of use on them.
