    Hi L Guerini,

I'm sorry to hear that you are hearing a different audio when listening to music with your Jaybird headset. I'll be glad to help you with your concern.

    - What is the model of the Jaybird headset?

    - When did you start experiencing the issue?

    - Does it occur on any music files and apps?

Please try re-establish the connection of the headset and audio source to remove the possibility that the cause of the issue is wireless interference.

    1. Ensure that both the headset and audio source is away from other wireless devices and strong power source.

    2. Access the Bluetooth settings of the audio source.

    3. Select the Jaybird headset entry from the list of connected Bluetooth device and click/tap on "Forget this Device".

    4. Once done, restart both audio source and headset after leaving the devices powered off for 10 seconds.

    5. Turn ON the Bluetooth of the audio source and place the headset in pairing mode.

    6. Once connected, test the headset and see if the issue persists.

Also, try to pair and test the headset on a different audio source that can help determine if the issue is with the headset.

    Hope this helps.

    Warm regards,

    Egie
