    Hi there!

     

    We're sorry to hear about your buds. Have you had a chance to try resetting your Freedoms? to reset, please follow the instructions below:

     

    Power the buds off and delete the buds from your device(s)

     

    Now power them on and hold the power button until you see the LED flashing red/green

     

    Next double press the power button and your buds will shut off automatically - they have now been factory reset.

     

    You will need to pair the buds back to your device and give them a try, let us know if this solves the issue.

    My replacement Earbuds also has sound on left side. Tried to reset, charge+reset, unpair and pair again but same..
