    Hi,

I am sorry to hear that. Lets try a hard reset to see if that helps.

During the pairing mode ( red / green ) it is possible to reset your headphones. First follow the steps to enter pairing mode. By powering up the headset, holding past the ( green ) led light till you receive the multi color flashing.  Then instantly switch and hold the up & down key simultaneously until the dual color status indicator LED rapidly flashes 5 times and or a double high tone is heard threw the headset.

You'll want to delete & repair the headset to your music player once finished with that.

Unfortunately as mentioned I've done this a few times. Thanks for response though.

Jaybird (Beau) - please accept my apologies. After much tinkering - we diagnosed that it was actually cocoa butter from a leaked bag that had got inside the headphones. (Long story). They worked for a good few days after so we forgot about that as a possible cause, but the cream obviously dried up and affected the sound from inside. Thanks again for responding and sorry for time spent. We are a fan of Jaybird so I will but the latest versions as replacement. Many thanks Rob
