I've loved my jaybirds since my daughter gave them to me for Christmas. Unfortunately they've stopped charging, the clip still charges but not the the earbuds. What can I do?
I have been a fan of jaybirds X ever since I purchased them. I even recommended it friends and family. Recently my jaybird won't stay on. It automatically turns on and off and I have tried resetting it by holding both the volume keys for 5 seconds to see the yellow light flash three times. I have also tried pressing power button for eight seconds and holding it five and repeating this method for five seconds. I do use this jaybirds a lot and it has motivated me to go to gym and live a healthy lifestyle. Unfortunately, I do sweat in the process. I tried reaching out to customer service three times but to no avail. Hopefully, somebody will respond to this thread and assist me with this problem. I have been a loyal customer but it seems it's time to switch brands.
