has jaybird reign been discontinued ? Where can i get a replacement battery and instructions to refit same.

I have a pair of the Jaybird X - they are huge and really uncomfortable! Does anyone have any of the later models and are they any smaller? I tried some small memory foam tips but that didn't help. Thanks, Skymo
