Battery draining too fast!

Hello, my Freedoms which I got to replace my X2's ( 2 bad sets ) that replaced my X1's are only playing for 10 mins and have to be recharged! YES I did a reset twice on them, YES I installed the up to date firmware! Oh let me add that I have only used these 7 times since getting these replaced for 3 other defective models!!!! Help
