How can I delete my account? I don't any jaybird product any longer. THanks in advance.

I am an American that lives in Chengdu, Sichuan, China and I asked Jaybird if they have any authorized dealers in the city of Chengdu. I do not want to buy online because there are a lot of fakes in China. After a week I got a reply "We sell our products in Walmart and Best Buy." There is no best buy in the city of Chengdu and I have never seen a jaybird product in any Walmart in China. Are their products as bad as their customer service?
