I am disappointed that the Logitech support helpdesk does not include the Jaybird Reign and therefore is no use whatsoever to ask any questions or order parts it is a cul-de-sac as far as help is concerned.

 

I have just purchased a Jaybird Reign Large in Black and the main largest strap is too tight, can I get a slightly larger one a again or a very small extension?

 

If not then I am going to have to return it
