X2 – Jaybird

X2's sync with fenix 5 plus watch but not getting sound. I tried resetting and resyncing. I turn the volume all the way up and still no sound. Is there anything else I can do?

My X2 does not keep charge. It charges to full battery, connects and performs while plugged in charger but immediately I remove it then it goes off. What might be the problem and how can it be fixed? I'm currently in Kenya
