My earphones are not charging anymore... I´m currently living in Brazil, and the warranty period is over.. bought it last year. Is there something I can do to recover my earphones?

Hi, my earphones are not charging. I purchased the 10/2014 and I do have the receipt. I was wondering if this is covered under the warranty?
