  • Will these older generation models work with the app from the play store? When I try to pair them via the app, it says it cannot find them, but when I pair them through my note 8 bluetooth settings it will pair and I can use them.

  • Headphones went dead on the last run. After charging it will not connect. When the button to turn on is pushed a red light comes on followed by two short blue lights. Will not pair?

  • I loved them but today went to use them and only ear piece with controls on it have sound. There is no sound coming from other speaker. No damage noted to connecting wires at all. Still like new. Can not find recite but have all packaging.
