my X2 wont stay on after a full charge
I don't use social media and don't know where else to put this please take your time to read, don't skim through it. PLEASE someone get this to jaybird team or Logitech. I use jaybird headphone since the X2 came out, I am a landscaper and deal with a lot of loud equipment so I need to plug my ears instead of using boring earplugs I use jaybirds and don't worry about safety I take it very seriously, unfortunately my only issue is that I have to communicate with my team and taking out my ear buds to hear them is annoying I get very sweaty and nasty from the job, taking them out with gunk on my hands is not fun, and putting them back in is a hassle, the comply absorbs the sweat and Weakens it sometimes it rips apart, also when it's like that and it feels like it scrapes my ear canal, the solution I was thinking of was add a button or sensor, something to activate the mic to listen when someone wants to talk to me maybe activate with Apple watch idk just please I want to continue using jaybird I know theirs ear buds with this feature but at this point I don't want to change brands ALSO THANK YOU FOR GIVING ME A WAY TO ENJOY MY JOB COULDN'T DO IT WITHOUT MY X2 X3 AND MY CURRENT ONES X4

I am sorry to hear that your Jaybird X2 won't stay on after a full charge. I can assure that this is not the behavior and performance expected from the product. Please try these suggestions that can help to resolve the issue of your headset:
- Computers are the best and safest method, as is anything 1 AMP or less.
- Try a different power source/charger
- Car chargers produce a much greater power supply and should be avoided.
- Over-charging the battery will quickly reduce the life of the headphones, so in addition to monitoring the power supply, limit the charge time to 2 hours,
- To get the most out of your battery it is recommended to charge the buds when the low battery status is indicated.
- Avoid charging your headphones after exposure to sweat.
- Make sure charging port/cradle is clear of any debris.
