I've had my freedom sprint earbuds for a couple of years and the left earbud just stopped working. Is this something that I can get fixed or replaced?
I haven't been able to figure out how to get these things (Jaybird X3) to work with my Windows 7 desktop computer.
My computer is using a bluetooth dongle, but those drivers are completely up to date so I don't think they are the issue.
Every time that I try to pair the earbuds with my computer I get the following dialog box.
I would appreciate if someone could tell me how to fix this so I can use these with my desktop computer.
Thank you in advance for any response!

Hi JS497091,
I am sorry to hear that the Jaybird Freedom Sprint stopped producing sound on the Left Channel. I'll be glad to help you out with your concern.
Please try a factory reset that can help you resolve the issue with the headset.
1. Turn OFF the headset and plug it to a power source.
2. Hold the power and volume up buttons at the same time for 8 seconds.
3. Once the headset turns ON, unplug it from the power and source, turn it OFF by holding down the power button for 8 seconds then charge it normally for 2.5 hours.
If this troubleshooting steps does not resolved the issue. I highly suggest to contact our support team for further assistance. You can reach them via Chat, Email or Phone at https://jaybirdsport.com/en-roeu/support.html
Best Regards,
Jaybird_Axel
