Freedom sprint rattling noise

Hello, I have the freedom Sprints and have had them for about 18 months. They work fine with the exception of a rattling noise when I run. It sounds as if something is lose inside. Are they still covered under warranty. I do not have the receipt as I have recently deployed to Korea.
