Hello my jaybirds sprint are not holding charge and im here to ask if there is something I can do to fix them.

I bought them this year and one day I plugged them in and when I wanted to use them they did not want to turn on. I plugged them in again, the red charging light would come on but they wounld never turn on.

  Hi there!

   

  I will recommend that you try charging from a different power source, and if you have an extra micro USB cable laying around, please test charging with a different cable. If this does not work, please reply to my email and I will be happy to help you with this.

  Thank you for responding to my question. My jaybirds sprint stopped working about 2 months ago and since have not been able to use them. They would turn on for about 10 seconds and then shut off. I'm pretty sure the battery is what causing the problem.
