X2 sporadically turning on and off and redialing.

Hey everybody, yesterday my X2 started turning on and off constantly and sporadically while redialing numbers at the same time. Tried letting the battery die because they won't just turn off, recharging to a full charge and then trying again which didn't work. This is all very frustrating. Is there anyway I can get some troubleshooting help or a replacement set? I really like the headphones but this seems to be a reoccurring issue with everybody.

  I am sorry to hear that your Jaybird X2 is turning on and off. This is not the quality we're expecting from our product.

   

  Here is a list of steps for the Factory Reset:

   

  1.Make sure your buds are powered off.

  2.From an off state, press and hold the power button for 8 seconds until the LEDs flash red and green.

  3.Hold both volume buttons down for eight (8) seconds. The LED will flash rapidly and you should hear a double tone. Your buds have now been reset.
